Thank You Thank You Thank You!
Thank you again for all the wonderful surprises last week in honor of Teacher Appreciation Week :) I loved the school supplies, sweets, flowers, food, notes, and more! I truly feel appreciated and words cannot express this enough. Thank you again and know that I LOVE working with your students each and every day :)
Addition Timed Tests
Mrs. Boynton and I have decided to switch up our methods of assessing student fact fluency. We no longer need you to send in the "Ready to Try" fact cards. Instead, we will give students timed tests 2-3 times each week for the facts they are ready for. We will be keeping track of this and you will receive their most recent tests as feedback of passing/not passing. If your student scores 16/20 or more, they will move onto the next fact group. We hope that this moves the process along a little faster and will be a better reminder for students to be working on these so they are prepared for Second Grade :)
Wallwisher Topic: Mother's Day :)
The WallWisher is dedicated to Moms this week! Take some time this week to see what your student has posted about: What is your favorite activity to do with your Mom?
