K-2 Early Literacy & Math Assessments
All first graders will complete the K-2 early literacy & math assessments on Tuesday, April 25 and Friday, April 28. On these days, in particular, it is important that your child is well rested, has eaten a healthy breakfast, and is on-time to school. Students are encouraged to continue to bring a water bottle and healthy snack to school!
Report Card Chat
Did you take the time to chat with your First Grader about their Report Card? It's beneficial for parents and children to have a positive and constructive discussion after getting the report card to open up communication about their academic/habits of mind progress. Ask your student how they think they did and why. This would be a great time to have them reflect with the 1-4 learning target scale! *Please return and sign the EMPTY report card envelopes*
