Weekly Words Practice
Throughout the week we practice our Weekly Words in class and at home. I have been teaching your First Graders some *fun* ways to practice these at home as well. Here are just a few that you can look back at when practicing words at home. Your students will be able to teach you how to do these :) We will be starting to take a Weekly Words assessment once the new card marking begins (November 5th) so additional practice at home may be useful!
I will be combining our Wallwisher posts with Habits of Mind as we begin discussing each one. Take the time to chat with your student about these and how they display these during the day, whether at school or at home.
Our Habit of Mind focus: Persisting:
Happy Birthday to Emma on Saturday!
