Your student brought home a calendar last week informing you all about March is Reading Month: Salem Super Sleuths. In addition, they brought home a WEEKLY Reading Log that will be used throughout the month. *These will replace our normal monthly reading logs*. Please continue to keep these in the back pocket of their Red Folders so we keep consistency.
I will collect these every MONDAY during the month of March. Please total your student's minutes from the week AND sign the bottom of the reading log in order to be included in the competition. Help us solve the mystery of…Who stole the Coyote???

Mystery Readers
To go along with our March is Reading Month Theme (Salem Super Sleuths) we are inviting MYSTERY READERS into the classroom! Parents, Grandparents, Older Siblings, Aunts, Uncles, are welcome :) You are welcome to bring your own book or you can choose one from our Picture Book Shelf. ***In the comments, please leave us 3 clues as we will be trying to guess who our MYSTERY READER is throughout the day.

PTO Basket Raffle
The PTO will be holding a raffle on Reading Night (March 22). Donated items are needed for grade level baskets by this THURSDAY, March 8. Please see list below of ideas for items:

- 1-Crafting (craft scissors, mini glue gun, Michaels Gift Card, popsicle sticks, washi tape, adhesive, stickers, scrapbook papers, pom poms, stamp pads, stamps, pens, craft paint, markers)
