As part of a future Science Unit about Weather, Groundhog Day will prepare us for tracking the weather over the next few weeks. We will be looking at the cloud cover and temperature and decide at the end of 6 weeks if the Groundhog was correct! You can help by watching the news on Sunday to see if the Groundhog saw his shadow (6 more weeks of winter) or not (early spring!). We will discuss and begin tracking the weather on Monday, February 3rd!
Empty Cereal Boxes STILL Needed
We will be using empty cereal boxes to decorate and store our Valentines in the near future. Please send in any empty ones you may have! Also, if you are able to come in (or at home) to help cover the boxes with white paper during the week of February 3-7, let me know! Thanks.
Report Cards
Report cards will be available online this Thursday, January 30th. Login information will be sent home with your student on this day.
100th Day Tshirt Project
A note went home last week about a project to celebrate the 100th Day of School! We will be celebrating on Friday, February 7th. Have your student wear their shirt with 100 things on this date. Happy decorating!
